We have two 2006 Dodge Rams and everytime they go in for service or to have work done on them they always seem to lack completing the job. The latest experience was I bought the last 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 in February I was told that the truck was gone over and that there was nothing wrong with it. I went and had new tires put on it and to have the alignment done and was told that the tie rods were bad. I took it back to Rairdon Dodge and they said they would fix it. It didn't happen, I went back to talk to them and gave my contact information to one of the sales manager for Rob Barr to contact me. That was 5 days ago. Apparently they do not seem to care about the follow through on trying to keep there customers happy. As it stands right now I would not take any vehicle to them for repairs not would I buy another vehicle from them. We have purchased several vehicles in the past including my mom's 2018 Chrysler 300. Apparently they just don't care. I just spoke with John a sales manager at this location and they apparently do not care about their customers as there website says they do. They lie and they do not follow through on anything they say they are going to do. My family will NEVER by another vehicle from a dealership who you can not trust. On the first post a woman by the name of Eva said that if I need further assistance to contact them that was a JOKE

I walked in to Rairdons of Monroe last week not knowing what to expect. As soon as I talked with one of the salesmen he went straight to work on getting me into the Jeep I wanted. I have to say they are the most friendly and professional salesmen I have ever dealt with in my life. All said and done they got me into my Jeep and out of there in less than two and a half hours. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a easy low stress car buying experience.
