Had an oil change and warranty work, Ashley was wonderful and professional! She explained all charges and answered all the questions that I had.
Had an issue with my vehicle and needed service. They got me in quickly and also was able to find me a loaner car so I could get to work. Outstanding service.

Went here on the weekend with my husband looking to buy a currently hard to find truck model after his got totaled. After some back and forth haggling over the phone the next couple of days they came to an agreement. We put down a deposit via an emailed link their finance department sent us agreeing to pay the rest when we would come and pick it up (which was planned for 2 days after signing and paying digitally) we also received a signed purchase order.

Don’t trust these guys to repair your vehicle. Had to have my rear differential rebuilt JUST OVER two years and only 11K miles ago. I went in for an oil change and the mechanic reported heavy metal in my rear differential along with a broken pinion seal. Brought it back to Rairdon’s last week and they hid behind the one month past the two year limit on the warranty even though the truck is a second vehicle and only has accumulated 11k miles since the original rebuild. Poor customer service. No follow through. Lied to numerous times. This dealership is absolute trash from top to bottom. Called to speak to store manager. His voicemail is full. They clearly don’t check it or call back. Called to talk to any manager on duty. Voicemail was full as well. Called back a third time and just got hung up on. Total garbage. Doesn’t care about their customers

Had an appointment for an 11AM oil change, I have now been here for 2½ hours and the car just went back. Slow service, 0 communication. This is an issue everything i come here. Thankfully, this is my last free oil change, then ill never have to see this miserable excuse for a dealership again.

We are having air conditioning and radio challenges with our truck and needed a diagnostic code for the actual problem. I called to set up an appointment and got in the next morning. The whole process went smoothly and was done very quickly.

I took my Honda CRV , purchased at Raidon's Honda in Marysville for oil change and brake fluid change at the Raidon's in Monroe, to home than Marysville. Steve in service helped me set that up and it was a good experience, I will be returning there.
I needed to get my Wrangler into the shop quickly and Rairdon's was able to accomodate me within half the time of other dealers. They diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the work timely. The Jeep now runs great again. The people at Rairdon's of Monroe are simply wonderful. They are not at all pretentious. I was treated like an old friend or member of the family. I can't imagine anyone not being pleased with these folks.

I bought my Gladiator in 2020. It's been a great experience at this dealer. I just had my first issue with it, had it towed there on Sunday. First thing Bill in service called Monday morning and called back with every update, issue was fixed that day, They picked me up in the morning too! Great service !
Service advisor Steve Atkinson made an otherwise stressful experience worth it. He alone would be the reason I return if I need service in the future. He seriously provided "genuine" personalized customer service and went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of correctly. Good customer service should always be recognized and I hope Rairdon's knows and appreciates the work he does for them.

I brought my 24 Jeep Grand Cherokee over to Monroe after picking up from Kirkland (2 days and they never bothered to look at it; avoid Kirkland at all costs). Monroe had the issue diagnosed and resolved (it was actually a bit tricky) in 4 hours. Fantastic service crew. They do the work on my Ram 1500 as well.

Took my Jeep Renegade in on a Saturday (with appointment) for oil change. They got me in right on time and had the task done (including a 32 point vehicle inspection) in under 45 minutes. The folks were all very friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the outcome and the process.

I took my truck in for a low oil and another code for the emissions and crankshaft I had three codes on there. They said it was an oil filter and an update. They did those two things. It did not fix the problem I have checked the codes when the light came on again and the same problem exist I tried to call them back to ask him what I should do if I need to bring it back so they can nobody would return my call

I went on line and made a confirmed appointment to get my oil changed and when I took my car in there was no record of my appointment. The service person did get me in right away and my car was serviced right away. Thanks to him…and not their on line appointment thing.
I bought my Jeep from Jeep of Monroe, it was a very positive experience. The service department has gone above and beyond when I needed them. I highly recommend them.

I am disappointed that my jeep does not have the hands free automatic door unlock. And no remote start. I had asked about different versions of the renegade but was told the next step up would be a different model. But my rental had those features and I had asked for one just like my rental. Very disappointing
