I bought my Gladiator in 2020. It's been a great experience at this dealer. I just had my first issue with it, had it towed there on Sunday. First thing Bill in service called Monday morning and called back with every update, issue was fixed that day, They picked me up in the morning too! Great service !
Service advisor Steve Atkinson made an otherwise stressful experience worth it. He alone would be the reason I return if I need service in the future. He seriously provided "genuine" personalized customer service and went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of correctly. Good customer service should always be recognized and I hope Rairdon's knows and appreciates the work he does for them.

I brought my 24 Jeep Grand Cherokee over to Monroe after picking up from Kirkland (2 days and they never bothered to look at it; avoid Kirkland at all costs). Monroe had the issue diagnosed and resolved (it was actually a bit tricky) in 4 hours. Fantastic service crew. They do the work on my Ram 1500 as well.

I've bought @ 8 new cars from dealers and Mike was the best I've ever dealt with...I felt like I was buying a car from an old buddy...not someone focused on the sales commission. My advise to the management is to give Mike a raise and do whatever you have to to keep him on Team Rairdon...
Loved the no pressure sales. We arrived and were able to look at a vehicle without being bombarded with pushy salesmen. When we decided we wanted to talk with someone we went in and were greeted by Peter. He made our car buying experience easy and was straight forward. He knew what we were willing to do and he worked hard to get us in the ballpark! He was friendly and even offered to get us lunch while we were waiting. Best car buying experience ever!
