I took my Honda CRV , purchased at Raidon's Honda in Marysville for oil change and brake fluid change at the Raidon's in Monroe, to home than Marysville. Steve in service helped me set that up and it was a good experience, I will be returning there.
I needed to get my Wrangler into the shop quickly and Rairdon's was able to accomodate me within half the time of other dealers. They diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the work timely. The Jeep now runs great again. The people at Rairdon's of Monroe are simply wonderful. They are not at all pretentious. I was treated like an old friend or member of the family. I bought my Gladiator in 2020. It's been a great experience at this dealer. I just had my first issue with it, had it towed there on Sunday. First thing Bill in service called Monday morning and called back with every update, issue was fixed that day, They picked me up in the morning too! Great service !
Service advisor Steve Atkinson made an otherwise stressful experience worth it. He alone would be the reason I return if I need service in the future. He seriously provided "genuine" personalized customer service and went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of correctly. Good customer service should always be recognized and I hope Rairdon's knows and appreciates the work he does for them.

I brought my 24 Jeep Grand Cherokee over to Monroe after picking up from Kirkland (2 days and they never bothered to look at it; avoid Kirkland at all costs). Monroe had the issue diagnosed and resolved (it was actually a bit tricky) in 4 hours. Fantastic service crew. They do the work on my Ram 1500 as well.

Took my Jeep Renegade in on a Saturday (with appointment) for oil change. They got me in right on time and had the task done (including a 32 point vehicle inspection) in under 45 minutes. The folks were all very friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the outcome and the process.

I took my truck in for a low oil and another code for the emissions and crankshaft I had three codes on there. They said it was an oil filter and an update. They did those two things. It did not fix the problem I have checked the codes when the light came on again and the same problem exist I tried to call them back to ask him what I should do if I need to bring it back so they can nobody would return my call

I am disappointed that my jeep does not have the hands free automatic door unlock. And no remote start. I had asked about different versions of the renegade but was told the next step up would be a different model. But my rental had those features and I had asked for one just like my rental. I'm not sure why I make an appointment with these guys, they always want to keep the truck for a minimum of a day no matter what the repair is including recalls. I use my truck for work and need it. Change the fuel filters doesn't take a day and half. Again today, same thing. I made an appointment for code error read and was told they need the truck the rest of today and tomorrow. Our Salesman--Mike Horner was super knowledgeable about the '24 Wrangler 4xE . I've bought @ 8 new cars from dealers and Mike was the best I've ever dealt with...I felt like I was buying a car from an old buddy...not someone focused on the sales commission. My advise to the management is to give Mike a raise and do whatever you have to to keep him on Team Rairdon...
Loved the no pressure sales. We arrived and were able to look at a vehicle without being bombarded with pushy salesmen. When we decided we wanted to talk with someone we went in and were greeted by Peter. He made our car buying experience easy and was straight forward. Terrible service. We have been waiting for over 5 hours just to get a call back from the service department. We called 3 times and left 2 messages. This is not the first time we have had issues with the service department but it is the worst.
I purchased a bedliner and tonneau cover with my new 2022 ram 1500, and over a month and a half after the purchase, I’ve yet to get a response on where the parts are or when I can get them installed. From management, sales, and service, this dealership will not follow up. Two separate managers both failed to return phone calls. Sent emails, left voicemails. Purchase from this dealership if you have spare time and patience.

How not to provide customer service. First off you can no longer make an appointment for an oil change. Just take your chances, you may sit and wait 2 or 3 hours for simple oil change. Brought used 2015 Ram 1500 Rebel on 4/1/21. with 10 days numerous things went wrong or were broken after they showed me bill of clean inspection from their service department. There is no communication throughout dealership. After 6 weeks of BS, i am done. I will never buy another vehicle from Rairdon's Auto Group
Worst dealer that I have ever worked with. Been trying to get someone to call on my warranty for a week for my truck I bought from them. Also they like to give private info out and not stick to there end of the deal after the purchase. Just terrible customer service I would not recommend any to buy anything from them just go somewhere else.
I stopped by rairdon of Monroe to see about possibly upgrading. Talked to my friend Lee Vue and he got me set up with the perfect ride. Everybody there does a great job and Lee is excellent at explaining all the new car tech. If you are in the mood for something newer go and see him. Best salesman if worked with. They sold us a truck that had problems the second we drove it off the lot. Its been in the shop several times now and its only been 2 months. Worst experience buying a car ever demanded we pay over 5000 in extra costs for a used car after we got a lone for the car through our bank for the list price and sales tax they told us they didn't want to sell us the car.
