Qualifying Criteria:

– Replace a totaled vehicle, replace a damaged vehicle that is impractical to repair.

– Extend a lease that expires.

– Being an essential worker, as identified in the “Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers” list, Appendix to Proclamation 20-25, that has no other means of transportation.

Steps we are taking for your safety.

DISINFECTING:

The dealership is being disinfected multiple times throughout the day. Doorknobs, counter tops, workstations, shared keyboards, phones, and all pens and I-pens are being routinely disinfected.

EMPLOYEES:

Employees must use a new set of latex gloves when entering each customer vehicle that we have made available and sanitize all portions of the vehicle that are touched.


LOANER VEHICLES:

Sanitization of loaner cars is performed upon return of each loaner vehicle.

EMPLOYEE SYMPTOMS:

If an employee has any cold or flu symptoms, including but not limited to a cough, congestion, shortness of breath, or fever, they are NOT permitted to report to work and should contact their manager and health care professional immediately.


CUSTOMER SYMPTOMS:

If a customer has any cold or flu symptoms, including but not limited to a cough, congestions, shortness of breath, or a fever, the customer is NOT permitted to be at our place of business.


NO HAND SHAKING:

As a precaution and out of respected for our customers and employees we have a NO shaking hands policy as part of our social distancing plan.


PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING:

All employees and customers are to follow social distancing when interacting with each other. This behavior includes deliberately increasing the physical space between people to avoid spreading illness. Staying at least six feet away from other people less­ens your chances of catching or passing the COVID-19. Coughs and sneezes can travel this distance, and their droplets may contain a virus.
