New Exterior Color Exclusive to 2023 RAM 1500 Rebel & TRX Lunar Editions

In addition to the Rebel Havoc Edition that we just recently covered here on the blog, there’s another pair of new special edition versions of the 2023 RAM 1500 coming to the lineup. Much like the Havoc Edition, these two new special models will also be available in extremely limited quantities. Also like the Havoc Edition, this new special edition – called the Lunar Edition – will only be available on the Rebel & TRX trim levels. Rebel Lunar Edition Unique Features & Design

In order to get the Lunar Edition on a RAM 1500 Rebel, you’ll have to make sure the truck you’re getting features the Level 2 equipment group as well as the 5.7L HEMI eTorque V8 powertrain. As long as it features both of those, it can be made a Lunar Edition which will add several additional standard features. Its 12” Uconnect 5 display audio system will feature Off-road Pages, while the driver will benefit from a heated steering wheel and an eight-way power adjustable seat, plus both front seats can be heated.

In addition to these standard features, a few unique design cues will set the Lunar Edition apart from the rest of the lineup. It will be available exclusively in the unique Ceramic Gray exterior color, be dressed up with a Rebel graphic on both the hood and the bed, plus have black badging around the exterior. These will be augmented by several black accents, including the side mirrors, bumper, grille and glossy 18” wheels.

TRX Lunar Edition Unique Features & Design

If you’d prefer the RAM 1500 TRX to the Rebel, you’ll just have to make sure the truck is equipped with the Level 2 equipment group. Its unique standard features include a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, 18” black bead-lock capable wheels, a spray-in bedliner, cargo tie-downs, a bed step, and LED cab-mounted brake light and a Head-up Display system.

These will, of course, be joined by several design cues similar to the other Lunar Edition model. The Ceramic Gray exterior color is joined by TRX graphics on the hood and bed. However, this model also includes several interior upgrades, including Surf Blue accent stitching, a TRX-embroidered seat back logo, carbon fiber accents, a leather and carbon fiber flat-bottom steering wheel and a unique badge found on the center console.
